THE DCE program is a "special" program investment outside of their normal listed investment plans.  The term was that a $2,000 BITCOIN investment with a payout of $20,000 after three (3) weeks).  The payout will be automatic. In this set of documents with their "customer service", this is where you can see that they cancelled the DCE program withdrawl that was owed to me, gave many dumb excuses, increaded the balance of the MONOPOLY money asked me for more ACTUAL money.  wHEN i SAID GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED.  You should also be aware that they delete Whatsapp messages that further incriminate them.

I signed up for an account on Telegram and within hours, the strangers were sending me messages as if we were already aquitances, "Hi blessings to you", I hope you are having a relaxing weekend."  They will tell you things about about their personal lives and if you have been friends for 20 years.  "It's a fresh new day to begin a positive week.  I just returned from a trip to Antigua and Barbudafor my nephew's ceremony." "If you are here it is becuase "God" made it happen, I have an excited adventure to share with you."   So far the images used for these accounts are of black people, bec  ause i am a black person.  They use images of people who look like you so that the trust element will be increased. These accounts no longer exist in Telegram and could have been operated by a different group of people who look nothing like me.  I perfomed a google lense and A.I. search on their photos when they approached me and when they voluntarily gave them to me without me asking for them.  The search results came back empty and I was NOT surprised. Sometimes assignments from LORD come from out of nowhere.  Have Valor.

Second withdrawl, denial of second wthdrawl, upsale and redirection to ALC and DCE (Double Contract Earning) programs to invest more money for a larger return.  The strangers will show you their program ID's as proof and credibility.  They will constantly message you on Telegram and WhatsApp in the same manner thinking they are establishing a friendship and trust.

They begin by conducting business in an upright transparent manner to give an essence of properness and legitimacy.

I activated the DCE program and AFTERWARD I was told that I would not be able to withdrawl any of the money unless I paid $500 for the ID.  They said it was important and CRUCIAL for ID verification, "It is vedry important to take action on this situation to secure approval and fully enjoy the benefits ahead not just the DCE bonuses.  This is a one-time activation, and you won't be required to pay again.  It's a one time activation deposit and you don't have to pay for it anymore in any upcoming program.  NOTICE how my ID looks different than the Starnger's ID.  At the end of the two week DCE program, I request my withdrawal and I have NOT received it. They don't communicate about it, and when they do, they make promises that the money will be deposisted to my address in 45 minutes.  This withdrawl was to take place on on October 3, 2025. It has NOT happended.  It just sits in the online dashboard has pending.  

The on-line account dashboard showing "verified" status, and daily earning bonues (ROI) gives an essence of legitimacy.  One mus ask, what good is it to see a bunch of number on a screen if the numbers are NOT being made TANGIBLE?
